The title is a bit of a mouthful I know, but last week saw local artist Lydia Meiying work alongside all about audiences' Valuing Older People (VOPC) members to bring the tradtional skill of Chinese mask making and the contemporary fashion photography of Chen Man together - in a fun and well received workshop!
After a morning visit to our neighbouring Manchester Art Gallery, the group were brought along to Chinese Arts Centre to have a guided tour around our current exhibition by leading female fashion photographer Chen Man, hear more about the rest of our programme and take part in their own Chen Man inspired mask making and fashion shoot event!
